This was aired on Channel 7 in Miami shortly after the Boiler Explosion on the S/S Norway on May 25th 2003.¬† 60000 Liters of water expanded to steam at 500*C in a couple of seconds. 8 of the crew died, the last one 4 weeks after the explosion.¬† Customer service was destroyed and 10’s of thousands in lost revenues.

Security footage of the June 18, 2007 boiler explosion which took place in an extrusion plant in Paris Tennessee, the actual explosion occured in the adjascent room and involved a Cleaver Brooks 800 HP fire tube package unit which exploded as a result of a low water condition.
